I’ll never pause again, never stand still, Till either death hath closed these eyes of mine Or fortune given me measure of revenge.
– William Shakespeare. Henry VI Part 3 (Act 2, Scene 3), 1591.
Rage Quit Ink is an Underground Independent Creative Production House that’s home to the work of Two Dorks who craft projects made for a MATURE AUDIENCE ONLY. Their work focuses on finding creative ways to capture the thrill, horrors and the need for deeper understanding of what it means to Adult in a world that has become increasingly more unforgiving in it’s expectations of what it means to feel seen and be heard. The hope is that our work can provide an anchor that will inspire a defined sense of agency, an avenue to imagine a better and brighter tomorrow while also serving as a reminder that the future does, in fact,
We understand that stating that we’re Underground can be heavy handed in it’s wording but the reality is that due to the content and focus of what we’re creating, we have to be willing to acknowledge openly that we’re operating in direct opposition to what most people would consider Mainstream. Our first priority for how we operate is to maintain authenticity and sincerity in our creativity. If we find ourselves blessed to have a wider audience who our work genuinely speaks to then we aren’t going to turn that down because our Second Priority is making sure that we maintain our values in what we’re doing and if it turns out that a lot of fucking people share those values then who are we to choose to be alienating just to maintain a perception?
If you like what we do then awesome – welcome to The Underground. If you don’t then we’re sure you’ll find work elsewhere that is able to speak to you, too.
The honest answer is that there is none. This is starting in the year 2026 and if you’re around at this time then you know the state of the world and everything happening. Even outside of that, life is a thing that happens and life has a tendency to really happen for us in a way that impacts our capacity for creativity. So while we may have our priorities for how we run the Production House, our number one priority – above all else – is life and safety. After all, if we’re not okay then how can we create? So you’ll see something when something’s ready.
In the meantime, you can check out our sample previews of what we’ve been working on.
To put it bluntly: the answer is that it’s none of your fucking business. However, if you need names for us to go by, then you can all us Dre (She/Her – These are HER projects) and E. (He/They – He just came along late to the game and is honestly just happy to be here). While we may share some information about us from time to time because we think it’s relevant to our work, we’re also really fucking burned out from how invasive creating publicly has become and it’s lack of respect for boundaries that leaves people vulnerable to predatory abusive behavior – including stalking. So for our own safety and sanity, we’re restricting the information about us that we share and will change that when and as we feel we can share more of ourselves comfortably and safely. Until then, you’ll just have to make the decision based on what we do and decide whether or not you dig it.
We know that people these days are nosy, so we’ve set up a Details Page a.k.a. an anticipatory FAQ to let you know even more about what’s going on.
